'Lone Lemon #1' - 5 x 5cm (SOLD)

This small-scale painting of a lone bright lemon is part of my experimental collection. The experiments are where I explore new techniques, colours or approaches to challenge myself as an artist and evolve my style.

This particular piece was created using a 'stroke economy' approach meaning this painting was produced with a maximum number of brush strokes. This approach encourages me to carefully consider the colour mixes used and the placement of each individual paint mark.

The experimental pieces are a great affordable way to start collecting original art.
