Prices & Shipping

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars $AUD.
Prices for original artwork are calculated based on the time taken and materials used to create the final piece.

'Free Shipping' via secured/tracked post is provided Australia-wide on large format artworks valued at over $300 unless otherwise stated or arranged. If you are purchasing outside of Australia, please contact us directly for shipping and handling costs.  

Shipping times do vary depending on the product type.  Generally, Art Prints are shipped within 10 business days of purchase.  For Original Artworks, shipping times per product vary due to the slow drying nature of the oil paints and mediums used. If a painting is not able to be shipped immediately but needs more drying time, details will be provided on the product listing on this site and shipping time frames confirmed with the buyer after the purchase has been made.

Return & Refunds:

Original Artworks:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the item is deemed faulty. To request a return, please email all details and request to studio@mavisandme.com.au.

Commissioned Artworks:
If you have requested a custom or commissioned item, unfortunately we can not offer refunds unless the goods are deemed faulty.

To complete a return and refund, we will require a receipt and proof of purchase.

Refunds:  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@mavisandme.com.au.

Exchanges 
If your item is a limited edition art print or giftware item you may request to exchange your item for one of similar value.
